Lost Property
If you believe you’ve left an item in one of our vehicles, please email us at B24redblacktaxis@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp us on 07543 888244.
To help us locate your item quickly, include as many journey details as possible, such as the date, pick-up and drop-off locations, and time of travel.
Carriage of Children
UK law exempts taxis from the legal requirement to use child or booster seats. However, for safety reasons, B24 Red & Black Taxis does not provide any child seats.
If a child seat is required for your journey, it is the responsibility of the parent or carer to supply and correctly fit the seat before travel. If you're booking a return journey, we’re happy to store your child seat securely for the return trip. Please note that installation of the child seat must be carried out by you.
